We strictly follow Colorado Hazardous Waste Management Regulations and CDPHE guidelines for storing, handling, and disposing of paint, solvents, and related materials, prioritize low-VOC and water-based coatings to protect indoor air quality, and reduce our carbon footprint with fuel-efficient vehicles and precise estimating that minimizes waste. We conserve resources by cataloging and reusing leftover paints and color samples, tracking every product by brand, sheen, color code, and quantity in a searchable inventory system. Social responsibility is core to our mission: we support local jobs with fair labor practices, donate services through our annual Paint-it-Forward event, volunteer with the Longmont Emergency Unit, and support digital inclusion for seniors through Tech Pals. Our dedicated Safety Officer enforces OSHA standards and true “stop-work authority” on every job, while clear compliance and reporting channels ensure ethical, transparent governance.
